Got insurance on the 944 today!! I've been doing nothing but driving all day long. Feels very good to be finally be free to drive the car I love.

Almost symbolic in a weird kinda way, the first day we got insurance on the car, it was a rainy day just like today.. :p

The ST stays in the garage for now.

I've also finally found the squeaking sound from a couple months back: it was the A/C belt the whole time! I can replace that now priblem soon.

It is a most happy day. Gonna have some some fun and interesting posts in the coming weeks. My first C&C of the year, the MSU car show, and my first ever PCA meet!! :D

That's what I was thinking too, but I wasn't sure so I thought I'd ask. You can see the side of it in the first pic, and based on that I could tell it was some sort of Chrysler product (i.e. Magum, 300, Charger). ;)

I think the Montego needs Valve Seals so I certainly can't drive it from metro Detroit to East Lansing, though I'd love to.

Working on it some on Monday so we'll see how it goes. It'll be up there one day, GO GREEN!
